Conference Cancellation Policy
If a written notice of cancellation is received prior to the Friday before the state conference, the registration fee less expenses will be refunded. Written notice of cancellations received on or after that Friday will be refunded after deducting expenses including meals. Requests for refunds will only be considered up to a week after the conference ends. The Conference Chair will determine expenses to be withheld annually to include meals, conference books and related expenses.
